Fragrant Himalayan peach, slowly transformed through our candying process, is paired with rich 70% dark couverture chocolate.

The peach brings delicate sweetness and floral fruit notes, while the dark chocolate adds depth and a refined bittersweet finish.

Soft, luscious and beautifully layered, this is a celebration of Himalayan fruit through the craft of confectionery.

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate (Cacao beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, real vanilla extract), Candied Peach (Peach, mishri (rock sugar), invert sugar, citric acid, cinnamon, star anise).
