What is it?

Himalayan peaches, known for their fragrant aroma and naturally mellow sweetness, are slowly candied through successive sugar baths, allowing the fruit to absorb sweetness gradually while developing a richer, more concentrated character.

Made in small batches with time and care, each piece captures the gentle fragrance of ripe peaches, complemented by a delicate caramelised note. A simple fruit, elevated through the art of slow candying.

Ingredients:

Peach, mishri (rock sugar), invert sugar, citric acid, cinnamon, star anise.

Flavour:

Fragrant and fruit-forward, with mellow peach sweetness, a delicate tang and gentle caramelised notes.

Texture:

Tender, succulent and chewy, with a soft bite and lingering peach flavour.

Origin:

Himalayan Peaches harvested in the Kullu Valley ( Himachal Pradesh).

Craft:

Slowly candied in small batches over multiple Rock sugar baths.
