What is it?

Himalayan plums, with their naturally deep, tangy character, are slowly candied over time in traditional sugar baths, allowing their distinctive fruit flavour to develop alongside a delicate caramelised sweetness.

Crafted patiently in small batches, each plum retains its rich, fruity personality, balanced by a gentle tartness and a tender, chewy texture. A celebration of Himalayan fruit, transformed through time and careful craftsmanship.

Ingredients:

Plum, mishri (rock sugar), invert sugar, citric acid, cinnamon, star anise.
