What is it?

Slowly candied Himalayan apricot, with its delicate fruitiness and gentle tartness, is paired with rich 70% dark couverture chocolate for a beautifully balanced bite.

The deep, bittersweet character of the chocolate brings out the natural intensity of the apricot, while the candied fruit adds a luscious, chewy texture and a bright burst of flavour.
